Characters
Do not use my designs for necrophilia, pedophilia, zoophilia or hateful bigoted art. Same goes with making nsfw of minor characters or designs.
Redesigning
As long as the original design is still present you can slightly alter the designs.
Pricing
Do not overprice my designs from their worth. A characters value is what you purchased them for. This value can only be increased with personal art or commissioned works of the character. The value is set to zero if it is traded to you for free. This goes for free designs especially!
Co-Owning
This is fine but If something happens between owners I am not responsible for the design finding a home as much as I care about them.
AI and NFTS
DO NOT EVER USE MY ART TO TRAIN AI OR FOR NFTS I AM ASSERTIVELY ANTI AI AND NFTS ARE DUMB
Commission Art
My commissions are for personal use ONLY unless stated otherwise.
Sketches
I am not against using my sketches for practice but they cannot be posted as your art. If you want me to finish a sketch later that is entirely available, and we can discuss a discounted price because the sketch is already done.
Payment
I take Paypal and Venmo, but these may change in the future. I can do payment plans above $100 but I also will limit commission slots this high. We can discuss and the commission will be completed as payments are completed. The final commission will not be given until payment is complete.
Turnaround Time
Turnaround time is 1 week-2 months depending on complication of commission! You will receive weekly updates at the least, and I will complete any commission by the 4 month mark. If I fail to do so I will refund you if the request is under $100. If it is above $100 there is no refunds, but you will be priority commission and will be completed no matter what I am dealing with.
